Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Durham, NC | $55-60/hr DOE | 4-day workweek or part-time

This is not a volume hygiene role. Smile Stories Dentistry is a boutique, out-of-network practice in South Durham seeking a high-caliber Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in clinical excellence, professionalism, and patient education.

– Compensation & Schedule

• $55–60/hour DOE
• 4 days/week (Mon–Th) or part-time
• Paid hourly (not production roulette)
• CE supported and encouraged

– Clinical Expectations

You will:

• Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations and hygiene care
• Educate patients on oral–systemic health and disease prevention
• Take and explain radiographs and intraoral photos for discovery and conversations
• Support a wellness-based, fee-for-service care philosophy
• Maintain excellent clinical documentation and professionalism

• Active NC RDH license
• CPR certification
• Strong communication skills
