Karen Bragman

Karyn is a North Carolina native and considers herself a Tar Heel for life! She graduated from Lees-McRae College with a Bachelor’s of Science in biology in 2010 and then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in dental hygiene in
2012. Karyn works for Wainright & Wassel DDS, a private family-owned practice in North Raleigh. She currently serves as the North Carolina Dental Hygienists’ Association recording
secretary and is an active member of the Greater Raleigh component.

Karyn is an avid runner and hope to complete a half marathon in all 50 states one day. She has completed half marathons in 9 states so far, with a personal record in Tennessee and her bucket list race at the Grand Canyon. In her free time, Karyn enjoys being active outside through running and hiking, spending time with her family and being an active member at her
church.
